Return Policy Overview

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To ensure a smooth return process, please review our return criteria and follow the outlined steps. Exchanges are not available—if you wish to order a different item, you must return the original item within 30 days and place a new order separately.

📌 Important: Items that have been installed cannot be returned. Only items in their original, unused condition are eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us with your return request, including the reason for the return.
  2. Review & Approval: We will assess your request and provide the return address along with detailed return instructions.
  3. Return Processing: Ensure the item is returned per our guidelines to facilitate a successful refund.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, email us with the reason for your return. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. Refunds are processed in accordance with our standard return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • Fuses and Chartcards can only be returned if the package remains unopened.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

  • Report issues within 10 days of receiving your order (5 days if shipped via freight truck).
  • For warranty replacements, please contact us with the necessary details to initiate a review and setup processing.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product qualifies for warranty replacement.
  • Do not place shipping labels directly on the manufacturer’s boxes—all packaging must be in new condition, free from stickers, writing, or markings.
  • Heavy items (e.g., batteries) must be returned on a pallet using the same shipping method as the original delivery.

Shipping & Delivery for Heavy Items

  • Large and heavy items such as batteries and transformers are typically  shipped via Road Freight on a pallet.
  • Ensure your delivery location can accommodate freight shipments.

Lithium Batteries, Special Order & Freight

  • Lithium Batteries, special orders and freight shipment orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Batteries must be unopened.

Taxes & Fees

  • Sales tax applies to orders shipped to Colorado, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Washington and will be collected at checkout.
  • For tax-exempt purchases, contact us before placing your order to receive the necessary documentation.
  • Overseas shipments are subject to applicable sales tax.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the item.
