Epoch makes LiFePO4 batteries with an internal BMS, Bluetooth monitoring and low-temperature heating, and select Elite models communicate with Victron systems. They come in 12, 24, 36 and 48 volt sizes for house banks, trolling motors and electric propulsion.
Even with an internal BMS, a lithium bank still needs correct fusing and every charger and alternator reprogrammed for LiFePO4. Read our pre-retrofit guide, Going Lithium Without Going Wrong, or compare all our marine lithium batteries.
